Terms of Service
Effective May 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oshon.ai, our documentation site, and the contact form. By using any of the above, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The software packages
All @oshon-ai/* software packages — including @oshon-ai/tokens, @oshon-ai/primitives, @oshon-ai/components, @oshon-ai/data, @oshon-ai/cli-pro, @oshon-ai/mcp-server-pro, @oshon-ai/governance, @oshon-ai/brand-forge, and @oshon-ai/patterns — are commercially licensed. These Terms do not grant any rights to the software packages.
2. Your license agreement
Rights to use the software are granted exclusively by the Oshon Commercial License (LICENSE-COMMERCIAL.md, provided with your purchase and available on request from legal@oshon.ai), or by a separately negotiated Master Services Agreement for Enterprise customers. If you do not hold a valid license, you have no right to use, copy, or distribute the software.
3. Use of oshon.ai and the docs site
- You may browse, read, and link to the docs site for personal, academic, or commercial purposes.
- You may not scrape, redistribute the docs content as a competing documentation product, or use the docs to train machine-learning models intended to compete with Oshon.
- You may not attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the docs site or its infrastructure.
4. Contact form and email
The contact form and our email addresses (sales@oshon.ai, support@oshon.ai, etc.) are for legitimate business enquiries. Spam, marketing pitches, and abusive content will be ignored or reported.
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A commercial relationship is formed only when both parties sign a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work.
5. Intellectual property
Subject to the rights granted by your applicable Oshon license agreement:
- All content on oshon.ai (including but not limited to the design, copy, screenshots, illustrations, and branding) is owned by Oshon AI Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- The Oshon name and logo are trademarks of Oshon AI Inc. You may not use them in a manner that suggests endorsement of your product without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer
THE DOCS SITE AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Warranty terms for licensed software are set out in your license agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OSHON AI INC. AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE DOCS SITE. FOR LICENSED SOFTWARE AND PAID ENGAGEMENTS, the liability cap in the applicable license agreement or MSA controls.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a notice on this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION}}. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in {{VENUE}}.
